  • Capability Assessments: Will perform a detailed analysis of current processes based on a set of more than 15 parameters (i.e. Test Management, Test Maturity, Test Automation etc) and provide maturity indices to help you understand the capability (and likely performance levels) of your existing infrastructure. Specific recommendations are made for both short term and long term improvements and SPA can provide ongoing support to implement those recommendations.

  • Environment Assessments: Will perform a detailed analysis of Test Environments/Test Beds based on technology, tools, platforms, etc and provide specific recommendations for both long term and short term improvements.
    • Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) Strategy and Execution: We leverage a detailed four stage process to help our clients develop their TC0E:

    • Policy/Test Framework Formulation: Define standard frameworks, processes, policies, and procedures around the testing and QA function. Identify key metrics and define management dashboards.
    • Pilot Implementation: Apply defined framework, set goals, collect data, identify gaps, and make corrections prior to full roll out.
    • Roll out: Big Bang or phased approach.Set goals, publicize metrics and dashboards, conduct necessary training, constantly measure.

  • Automation Consulting: Provide a end to end strategy for test automation using a combination of industry frameworks and tools, and tailor made frameworks, scripts, etc
