Case: Leading global computer hardware company tasked SPA to provide performance testing service to test its web-based Notebook battery recall application..

Challenge: More than 4 million items to be recalled, more than 40 millions possible hits. Client tasked SPA to perform exploratory, accessibility, security, performance, scalability, and capacity planning to ensure application was robust, scalable and reliable. There was no room for errors or downtime as these could adversely impact client image.

SPA team detected many performance bottlenecks, and security and reliability issues. In addition, a large number of functional defects were identified and corrected. The appropriate use of tools and optimization of testing plan using appropriate test methods resulted in the project finishing ahead of its stated deadline.
