Case: Leading independent testing and interop facility offering a complete suite fo testing services for IP (VoIP)/Packet Cable and other next generation advanced services.

Challenge: Client tasked SPA team to perform regression test on a periodic interval . There was no room for errors or downtime as these could adversely impact client image.

  • Reduce cost by using open source testing tool Open STA
  • Rapidly created custom tool to meet client-specific requirements

Results: SPA team used Web Server load balancing and identified many critical performance bottlenecks. SPA team achieved desired concurrency by optimizing database queries. Project was completed on time and within budget.
