Hospitality & Travel Mobile Apps Assessment Exposes Lack of Quality & Needs Immediate Attention!

Software Assurance, LLC a Dallas-based leading IT Solutions Company has conducted a study including 40+ Hospitality & Travel Apps. It indicates an urgent need to improve quality of apps for meeting increasing customer demands and needs.

 

 

The hospitality & travel industry has seen phenomenal growth in the last few years globally. With emergence of mobility, hospitality & travel companies have to utilize mobile apps to provide enhanced services. However, these companies are facing challenges in ensuring app quality due to various factors such as explosion of devices, different OS versions, lack of testing experts and lab/devices; which lead to frequent uninstalls, negative reviews resulting in losses in revenue, brand value and depleting investor’s faith.

Considering these concerns, Software Assurance, LLC recently conducted Mobile App Assessment for 40+ hospitality & travel apps covering startups, medium & large enterprises. The objective of this study was to highlight the critical factors impacting business of mobile apps due to lack of quality and, suggests ways to address them proactively.

Along with evaluation of apps on various quality parameters, the study also suggests processes & methodologies to improve upon issues found with conceptualization, design, architecture, development, testing & deployment processes.
